TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.

Your membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. we will only be able to carry out services on yourself the payee. 

Payments are due monthly and will be collected by recurring payment from square. on or close to the 1st of each calendar month.  You agree to maintain a recurring payment with your bank for the amount due. Please do not cancel your instruction without contacting us first.

If you register for recurring after the first week of the month your actual all-inclusive membership will begin on the following month. (Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of May. Your actual memberships begins on the 1st June when we begin to take the first payment)

The membership agreement is of 12 months’ duration (subject to terms under the heading “Cancellation”).

We may make reasonable changes to the All Inclusive Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

Membership is open to all .  You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address.

If your Bank fails to make a payment from your account when due The style Hut will write or email to advise you of this. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment.

If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £10 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use you Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount

You will in these circumstances have the option to instead cancel your membership in line with the terms of this agreement under the heading cancelation

You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total tariff or list price of the services.

We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Messenger, SMS or by post.

Cancelation Policy:

You can cancel your membership at any time by giving ONE month’s notice , please email this to

What is NOT included:

• Semi permanent Makeup services (. although you will recieve discount )

• Colour Corrections

• Children services

Example of cancelling your membership in any given month

You have your hair coloured & haircut at The style hut and  your bill should have been £120 But you don’t pay this as you join the All-Inclusive membership. Your chosen membership plan is only £99 so you save £21 immediately.
You then cancel your membership. You are then required to repay the £21 you saved from being a All Inclusive member. You are then put onto our normal tariff pricing
